Commissioning, IO test and full startup of a Cap Feeder line integrating Zalkin + Krones + Kosme. Drift between the FAT program (tested in Italy) and the real line required a line-by-line PLC comparison, signal-exchange modifications between filler ↔ buffer ↔ elevator, and operator training.
